Fever is seeking an Onsite Operations Team Lead to drive efficiency across live events. You will design the operational plan, coordinate staff, manage cashless systems and kiosks, and lead onsite execution from setup to close, ensuring everything runs to Fever standards.
You will supervise the event closure process, keep the team aligned under pressure, and collaborate with Sales, Originals, and Marketing to ensure operations support business goals.
