The Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us strategically scale Tinuiti’s most important asset - our people. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this lead-level role will serve as a key driver in building scalable, recruiting strategies, optimizing candidate experience, and elevating our employer brand.
In addition to leading recruitment for high-priority roles, you will partner directly with senior leadership, serve as a subject matter expert on market talent trends, and mentor other recruiters across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for critical, high-impact, and executive-level roles across the agency. Translate overarching business goals into tailored, proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Proactive Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy: Architect innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, networking events, talent mapping, and referral ecosystems. Forecast talent needs alongside business leads to build robust pipelines for future organizational growth.
Executive & Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a strategic talent partner to VPs, Directors, and hiring managers. Provide data-driven talent insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic guidance to influence hiring decisions and align stakeholders on best practices.
Process Optimization & Candidate Experience: Design and continuously elevate a high-touch, equitable candidate experience. Evaluate and refine recruiting workflows, interviewing rubrics, and employer branding touchpoints across the talent lifecycle.
Mentorship & Team Elevation: Serve as a informal mentor and subject matter expert for team members. Share best practices in passive sourcing, candidate management, and ATS optimization to elevate the overall capability of the TA team.
ATS & Data Insights: Leverage Workday to track, analyze, and report on key TA metrics. Use recruitment analytics to iterate on sourcing tactics and inform leadership discussions.
Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within digital marketing, media, or tech-enabled agency environments. Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing dynamics, agency structures, and emerging skill sets.
High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of building credibility and influencing senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consultative advisory.
Experience with sourcing tactics (Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) and deep familiarity with Enterprise ATS systems ( Workday preferred). Expertise in leveraging data and recruiting dashboards to guide business strategies.
Location & Work Environment
We operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team For this role, we ask that you come into our great office in Reforma, CDMX, two days a week. This is an essential part of how we collaborate, connect, and drive cross-functional leadership, so candidates should be comfortable with this regular in-office commitment.
