Manufacturing HR Director – NAM

BIC World is seeking an HR Director Manufacturing NAM, LAM and Country HR Mexico to lead the people agenda across four manufacturing sites in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil, representing roughly 2000 employees. The role is hybrid, with strategic oversight across regions and functions.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to align talent and culture with business goals, lead workforce strategy, and drive HR excellence including payroll, benefits, and compliance for Mexico.
