Molex Guadalajara 1 Plant is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to be a strategic partner, driving capability development and accelerating operational readiness on the shop floor.
You will design and implement capability roadmaps, embed leadership and continuous improvement, and partner with plant leaders to close critical skill gaps.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and seven years in L&D or manufacturing training, with strong communication and project management skills.
