• Lead labour relations processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Serve as a key liaison between employees, union representatives, and management.
• Manage employee grievances and support conflict resolution initiatives.
• Provide labour relations guidance to HR and business leaders.
• Support collective bargaining negotiations and maintain positive union relations.
• Monitor labour legislation updates and prepare labour relations reports and metrics.

• Advanced English proficiency
