Production Supervisor: Lean, Safety

Valeo North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead induction and training for operators, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and TPM standards, and coordinate daily production priorities with the Supply Chain team.

The role focuses on developing team skills, optimizing line performance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will conduct operator appraisals, manage attendance and shifts, and lead improvement projects across multiple
