Metrobi is looking for an operational specialist to monitor delivery routes, support drivers and shipper businesses via phone and live chat. You will onboard new drivers onto the Metrobi platform, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
The role requires English proficiency, and the ability to work in the Eastern US time zone (EDT). Prior logistics or customer success experience is preferred for success in this position.
