We're hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production teams and drive operational excellence. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and want to make a tangible impact on quality and efficiency, this role is for you.
What will you do?
- Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
- Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals
- Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and elevate blockers to keep operations on track
- Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
