Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles within the automotive industry, including engineering, production, management, and technical positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their technical skills, experience, and alignment with client company culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders in the automotive sector.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and present them to clients, facilitating the selection process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding of successful candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in automotive recruitment.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated focus on the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to recruit for specialized technical and engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry dynamics.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to thrive in a client-facing, results-oriented environment.
