As the invisible host of the guest’s space, she is responsible for transforming and maintaining each environment as an extension of the philosophy of serenity, beauty, and simplicity that defines the brand. She anticipates the guest’s needs and cares for every element with discretion, precision, and an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Limpiar, preparar y mantener casitasy villas de acuerdo con los estándares y los protocolos establecidos por el hotel.
• Asegurar una presentación impecable de cada espacio, cuidando pisos, mobiliario, cristales, baños, terrazas, balcones, textiles, amenidades y todos los detalles visibles y sensoriales.
• Ejecutar montajes de check-in, turn down, VIP arrivals y long-stay guests, personalizando la preparación de acuerdo con los protocolos y preferencias de cada huésped.
• Inspeccionar visualmente cada casita o villa antes de su entrega, verificando iluminación, temperatura, aromas, orden, limpieza y armonía general del espacio.
• Brindar atención discreta y personalizada al huésped, respondiendo con prontitud y elegancia a solicitudes especiales y necesidades relacionadas con su estancia.
• Proteger en todo momento la privacidad, confidencialidad y pertenencias del huésped, actuando con absoluta discreción dentro de su espacio privado.
• Mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos, carros de limpieza y closets de servicio, asegurando la correcta disponibilidad y reposición de amenidades, textiles y suministros.
• Coordinar con Supervisión, Lavandería, Áreas Públicas y otros departamentos, garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos operativos y estándares de calidad para stayover, check-out y deep cleaning.
• Reportar oportunamente anomalías, daños, faltantes y objetos olvidados, utilizando los sistemas y protocolos establecidos, incluyendo Lost & Found.
• Representar la filosofía de hospitalidad silenciosa del resort, manteniendo una presencia serena, elegante y empática, y realizando cada tarea con conciencia, respeto por los materiales y atención a la experiencia sensorial del huésped.

• Clean, prepare, and maintain casitas and villas in accordance with the hotel’s established standards and protocols.
• Ensure an impeccable presentation of every space, paying close attention to floors, furnishings, glass surfaces, bathrooms, terraces, balconies, textiles, amenities, and all visible and sensory details.
• Execute check-in, turndown, VIP arrival, and long-stay guest setups, personalizing each preparation in accordance with established protocols and individual guest preferences.
• Visually inspect each casita or villa prior to release, verifying lighting, temperature, scent, order, cleanliness, and the overall harmony of the space.
• Provide discreet and personalized guest service, responding promptly and gracefully to special requests and needs throughout the guest’s stay.
• Protect the guest’s privacy, confidentiality, and belongings at all times, exercising absolute discretion within their private space.
