Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a global or international capacity.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and fostering virtual collaboration.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and ERP systems.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
