Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Process Engineer to support PCB assembly and electromechanical production. You will help define process parameters, monitor quality, and troubleshoot issues across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
You will develop documentation, assist with ECOs and NPIs, and contribute to safety and productivity initiatives while training operators on new processes.
