on our World Class Longevity Resort Projects

My team is acquiring and converting incredible International Resorts into World Class Longevity and Wellness Destination Resorts with the best experts in the world.
Unlike other sectors in the economy, the demand for Wellness and Longevity destinations is very high right now.
We currently have 20 resort targets in our portfolio. Many are already under contract on Cabo, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, St. Thomas, Barbados and the USA.
These are strong cash flowing properties and we will 3-4x the income and asset value value in 18 months.
We have complete packages with audited financials and an excellent team of great people and celebrity influencers.
At this time, I need a highly motivated consultant who can assist us with obtaining equity or financing. You'll receive cash and equity and get healthy in the process both financially and physically.
Leverage is never more than 30-50 LTV. We can use all types of sources, even banks, but time is of the essence and the bank process can be a too slow.
Our flagship property on first base is in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. So our investor or lender would have to be good with Mexico.
