Job Purpose

• Ensure the legal integrity of business activities and strategic initiatives by providing proactive legal advice, managing contractual matters, supporting regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, and coordinating dispute resolution. Deliver practical and timely legal solutions that protect the organization, enable business continuity, and support sustainable growth across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Your Tasks

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial, operational, and corporate agreements to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide legal advice and risk assessments for business initiatives, projects, commercial opportunities, operational activities, and strategic decisions.
• Support stakeholders through the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
• Develop, maintain, and implement legal templates, guidelines, playbooks, policies, and best practices to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Advise on disputes, claims, incidents, escalations, non-compliance matters, and conflict resolution strategies.
• Provide legal guidance regarding the interpretation and application of contracts, policies, procedures, and business requirements.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate business objectives while ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are appropriately addressed.
• Support interactions with governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, industry organizations, and external stakeholders, as required.
• Coordinate litigation, administrative proceedings, investigations, and external legal counsel, ensuring effective case management and compliance
• Contribute to legal training, awareness initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen legal risk management and business knowledge across the organization.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the business and provide recommendations for implementation or risk mitigation.
