Role Description
We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate individual to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. As a Program & Content Operations Analyst for our internal Decoded enablement programs, you help support the strategy and execution of high-impact learning content to ensure our learners gain the skills they need to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support the end-to-end execution of our 3 Decoded series to drive confidence in product and pricing updates to build quality pipeline. In this role, partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easily digestible learning experiences. This is a cross-functional role for a creator or former Account Executive/Solutions Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learner-first design.
Your Impact Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact enablement programs, create engaging employee communications, and build strong partnerships with global stakeholders. Drive end-to-end program execution for recurring enablement series, coordinating timelines, milestones, stakeholders, materials, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Drive audience engagement by creating clear and engaging internal communications, promotional assets, videos, and program recaps that encourage participation and keep employees informed. Drive quality by enforcing rigorous content standards and leading peer reviews to ensure a learner-first experience. Measure success using key metrics such as audience growth, product confidence scores, learner sentiment, and peer-to-peer KPI comparisons. Advocate for inclusive and accessible content design.
