As a EWM Functional Analyst

You’ll be part of a high-impact regional team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM processes that power the heart of our operations: our distribution centers and retail supply chain.

What will your day to day look like?

  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and enhancements — from requirement gathering to post-go-live support — ensuring scalability across Dollarcity’s regional operations.
  • Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound flows, internal movements, HU management, and RF transactions.
  • Act as the EWM Expert, partnering with technical teams (ABAP) and business leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive process harmonization by standardizing EWM configurations and best practices across multiple distribution centers in LATAM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure system alignment with business needs and performance KPIs.
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), documentation, and training sessions to strengthen adoption and knowledge transfer within operational teams.
  • Continuously improve warehouse efficiency by identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual interventions, and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Stay ahead of innovation by exploring new SAP functionalities and technologies that enhance warehouse productivity and user experience.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience in design, configuration, and implementation. Previous full-cycle project leadership is a must.
  • Deep understanding of EWM integration with MM, SD, and TM modules. Knowledge of RF framework, HU management, and custom developments in collaboration with ABAP.
  • Previous work in a retail environment, particularly involving multi-country operations, is highly valued.
  • Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is essential.
  • SAP and other certification are a desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and ability to communicate with both technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with end-users and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
