Famacy Glass is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Mexico. The successful candidate will work with local management to support HR operations, employee development, recruitment, and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HRBP experience in the pharmaceutical industry, fluent in Spanish and English, with knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices. Chinese language skills are a plus.
