Senior Technical Designer – Hair Accessories Lead

KITSCH is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to own the technical execution of our hair accessories category and act as the production backbone of our Art department. You will manage tech packs, spec sheets, and vendor communication, ensuring builds are accurate, on time, and on brand.

This leadership role requires technical rigor and creative perspective, with ownership over line sheets, trend reports, and production standards to scale the team’s output.
