WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll serve as a trusted talent partner to BCN Mexico’s leadership team and help deliver the local talent strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities.
You’ll work closely with BCN business leaders, human resources leaders, HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, and global Talent teams. Together, you’ll deliver consistent, scalable, and locally relevant talent programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
You’ll also lead and develop members of the local Talent team while helping create an inclusive, high-performing workplace and supporting compliance with Mexican employment requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Talent Strategy, Business Partnership, and Employee Experience
- Partner with BCN Mexico leadership to deliver talent strategies aligned with business priorities
- Work with the Senior Director of Talent to lead annual talent processes in Mexico, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning support, professional development, and benefits
- Partner with leaders to identify, develop, engage, and retain high-performing talent
- Promote Bain’s Operating Principles and help strengthen an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
- Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee development
- Translate regional and global talent initiatives into effective local programs
- Use workforce data and people insights to support talent decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Recruiting
- Help identify annual and future workforce needs for BCN Mexico
- Develop and manage campus and experienced-hire recruiting strategies in partnership with business leaders
- Guide the Recruiting team and support the development of recruiting plans based on business needs
- Help the Recruiting team develop dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership
- Partner with the India Recruiting Lead to identify and adopt relevant best practices
- Talent Operations
- Deliver talent priorities that support business growth and operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve human resources processes
- Support organizational change initiatives and business transformations
- Help ensure consistent delivery of talent programs throughout the employee lifecycle
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations matters within BCN Mexico
- Help ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Partner with Legal and human resources teams to manage employee-related risks and resolve workplace matters
- Support investigations and recommend appropriate actions when needed
- People Leadership
- Lead and develop members of the local Talent team through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Encourage collaboration across human resources functions and business teams
- Build strong partnerships across regional and global Talent teams
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
- You have at least 12 years of progressive experience in human resources or talent management
- Experience within a global professional services organization is preferred
- You have experience across talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management
- You have working knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment practices
- You have experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
- You are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to represent Bain and BCN Mexico with senior stakeholders, candidates, and external partners <
