Pastry Cook II: Craft and Dessert Expert

Valley View Casino & Hotel in Mexico seeks a Pastry Cook II to produce daily pastry items, creams, icings, mousses, sauces and to assemble all cakes, pastries, cookies and pies. You will ensure orders meet the Executive Pastry Chef’s standards and maintain quality control across all desserts.

Requirements include at least two years of pastry/baking experience, knowledge of sanitation and equipment operation, and ability to read recipes.
