Debido a la contingencia actual, gran parte del trabajo será hibrido o presencial según tu proyecto. El programa Impulso Citibanamex tiene como objetivo ayudarte a impulsar tu carrera profesional.

Tu estancia con nosotros:
La convocatoria para 2024 está abierta. El programa empieza con un entrenamiento especializado en conjunto con tu jefe inmediato y el equipo de trabajo para el que hayas sido seleccionado. Contarás con un mentor que te dará recomendaciones y guía durante el programa.
La contratación es directa por Citibanamex, con dos contratos eventuales de 3 meses cada uno. Si tu desempeño es satisfactorio, tendrás la oportunidad de colocarte en una posición fija dentro del Banco con una alta probabilidad de crecimiento. Estarás realizando una o varias de las siguientes funciones: análisis de procesos, análisis numérico, trato con clientes internos y/o externos, presentación de reportes, revisión y análisis de información, actividades de control y calidad, seguimiento de tareas, administración general, entre otras.
Tenemos oportunidades alrededor de todo del país, este año en las siguientes ubicaciones: Ciudad de Mexico, Estado de México, Veracruz, Chihuahua, Guadalajara, Yucatán, Monterrey, Puebla, Tijuana y Guanajuato.
Queremos escuchar de ti si:
Si Finalizaste tu carrera universitaria en los últimos dos años (cualquier licenciatura y/o ingeniería). Te apasiona el sector financiero y estás interesado(a) en hacer carrera dentro de Citibanamex. Que tenga curiosidad de entender lo que está a tu alrededor y busque mejorar continuamente. Si cuentas con un nivel de inglés Intermedio deseado o preferentemente. Que posea un alto nivel de integridad y compromiso a la excelencia. Que tenga muchas ganas de aprender y desarrollarse. Que le guste tratar con clientes internos y/o externos. Que cuente con habilidad para resolver problemas. Que tenga un alto nivel de energía, creatividad, y audacia. Que tenga habilidad para relacionarse y construir relaciones positivas. Que muestre adaptabilidad para trabajar en un ambiente acelerado, retador y cambiante, que conlleva un alto volumen de actividades. Que posea sentido de urgencia y habilidad de trabajar rápida y eficientemente.
