Estamos buscando un/a talentoso/a Product Designer para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol es crucial para apoyar en el diseño y la investigación de experiencias digitales y físicas integradas ("phygital"). El candidato ideal será un/a self-starter con experiencia en la coordinación de proyectos de investigación, habilidades avanzadas en diseño digital, y capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Además, debe ser capaz de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con ingenieros, priorizar tareas efectivamente, y mantener un alto nivel de organización.

Responsabilidades:


Diseño:

  • Crear diseños y prototipos de alta calidad utilizando herramientas como Adobe Creative Cloud y Figma.
  • Desarrollar wireframes, mockups y prototipos interactivos que mejoren la experiencia del usuario.
  • Diseñar aplicación móvil


Investigación de usuarios: ️‍♂️

  • Coordinar y llevar a cabo estudios de investigación de usuarios para identificar necesidades, comportamientos y puntos de dolor.
  • Analizar y sintetizar los resultados de la investigación para informar decisiones de diseño.


Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Gestionar múltiples proyectos de diseño simultáneamente, asegurando que se entreguen a tiempo y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.
  • Priorizar tareas y gestionar el tiempo de manera eficiente para equilibrar la calidad del diseño y los plazos.
  • Comunicar ideas de diseño y hallazgos de investigación de manera clara y efectiva a todos los miembros del equipo y stakeholders.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con ingenieros.


Experiencia: ‍

  • Asegurar que todos los diseños y productos finales se alineen con las necesidades y expectativas del cliente.
  • Utilizar métricas y feedback del usuario para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del usuario.



Requisitos:
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en diseño de productos digitales, preferiblemente aplicaciones móviles,
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Adobe Creative Cloud y Figma
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
  • Disponibilidad para Viajar
  • Fuertes habilidades en diseño y de interfaces.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.


Idiomas: 

  • Español, Inglés (plus)
