Jr.Networking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating within a global network team, fulfilling both on-site and remote global responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking devices Design and implement complex network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security policies and procedures Monitor network performance and availability to proactively identify and resolve issues Respond to critical incidents in a timely manner Network vendor(s)/contract support Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide network expertise for projects and initiatives Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams Participation in a rotational on-call service Stay up to date with new networking technologies and evaluate their potential use in the organization

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 5+ years of professional experience in network operations, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, Project management, and analytical skills Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, VoIP, QoS Advanced knowledge in the field of network analysis and troubleshooting (baselining, monitoring, protocol analysis) Experience with network virtualization, software-defined networking (SDN), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) Experience working with Microsoft Office , MS Teams, SAP, and Linux systems Programming knowledge (e.g. DevNet, Python, Ansible, Terraform) Ability to effectively work on a global team with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure, both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Agile methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field CCNA certification mandatory, CCNP, CCIE, DevNet Associate or DevNet Specialist are a plus
