Objetivo :
Ser responsable de la relación comercial con los Profesionales de la Salud y Equipo Administrativo de las cuentas clave asignadas, dirigida a la venta del Portafolio Aesthetics. Cubrir su cuota de ventas asignada a través de proporcionar servicios de consultoría enfocados al desarrollo del negocio estético en las clínicas de los profesionales de la salud. Maneja una cartera de clientes distinguidos por su importancia para alcanzar los resultados del negocio Estético.
Responsabilidades :
Visitar a los Profesionales de la salud seleccionados para brindar los servicios de consultoría para el desarrollo del negocio estético, en base a las fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad de cada clínica. Identificar oportunidades para cada cuenta asignada, creando una fuerte relación profesional con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y potencial, para cubrir sus cuotas de ventas asignadas. Elaborar un plan de acción que les permita cubrir sus cuotas, mejorando la atención a clientes, comunicación, publicidad, seguimiento a pacientes para que la cuenta asignada se mantenga o crezca como cuenta clave. Establecer una relación comercial duradera dirigida a la promoción y venta de los productos del portafolio de Aesthetics con base en las necesidades de los consumidores finales y resaltando las características y beneficios de los productos del portafolio Aesthetics Galderma. Ejecución de la estrategia local establecida por el área de Marketing con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para el negocio Aesthetics. Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de las estrategias para incrementar la eficiencia del negocio Aesthetics. Preparar reportes sobre resultados de su función y explicar desviaciones.
Perfil :
Formación Académica: Licenciatura terminada deseable en área médico-biólogicas o administrativa. Inglés- Intermedio.
Experiencia Laboral: De 3 a 5 años en ventas. Preferente experiencia de 1 a 3 años en especialidad de medicina estética, dermatología o dispositivos médicos de alta especialidad.
