Install the machinery acquired in the facilities informed by the company. Repairing and giving electronic maintenance to machinery for the proper functioning of these. Reading hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams. Ability to disassemble mechanisms. Repair electronic failures of cards, motors, censors of customer's machines. Follow the technical instructions of the machine according to the plant. Advise operators of customer machines with the support of factory manuals, to achieve the best use of the machine by the customer. Guarantee the electronic operation of the machines by evaluating each one of the systems. To give preventive maintenance, making revisions of the electronic mechanisms to avoid future damages. Avoid as much as possible machine stoppages due to electronic failures. Identify and obtain current spare/parts numbers using the service point platform. Travel within the country or abroad. Preparation of reports in Spanish / English, detailing the activities performed including part numbers and work plan for the solution of the failures. Analyze and diagnose in the customer's machinery, the needs of spare parts, consumables or other and thus inform the coordinator through phone call and service report for follow-up and timely attention. Report their daily attendance with their immediate boss, and report the details of their activities. Use personal protective equipment in accordance with the instructions for use and maintenance provided by the company. Maintain and take care in an ordinary state of working tools, uniforms and equipment assigned for the development of their functions. Provide technical advice and via remote, to customer requests and giving a momentary solution, which are coordinated only by the technical service coordinators or direct boss. Understanding, safeguarding and confidentiality of the technical information provided by the company, for use in the work of the company.

Instalar la maquinaria adquirida en las instalaciones informadas por la empresa. Reparar y dar mantenimiento electrónico a maquinaria para el buen funcionamiento de estas. Lectura de diagramas hidráulicos, neumáticos, eléctricos. Habilidad para desarmar mecanismos. Reparar fallas electrónicas de tarjetas, motores, censores de las máquinas de los clientes. Acatar las instrucciones técnicas de la máquina según la planta. Asesorar a los operadores de las máquinas de los clientes con los apoyos de manuales de fábrica, para lograr que se le dé el mejor uso a la máquina por el cliente. Garantizar el funcionamiento electrónico de las máquinas evaluando cada uno de los sistemas. Dar mantenimiento preventivo, haciendo revisiones de los mecanismos electrónicos para evitar futuros daños. Evitar en lo posible paradas de máquina por fallas electrónicas. Identificación y obtención de números de refacciones/partes actuales utilizando la plataforma de service point. Viajar en interior de la república o extranjero. Elaboración de reportes en español / ingles, detallando de las actividades realizadas incluyendo números de parte y plan de trabajo para la solución de las fallas. Analizar y diagnosticar en la maquinaria del cliente, las necesidades de refacciones, consumibles u otro y así informar al coordinador a través de llamada telefónica y del reporte de servicio para el seguimiento y atención oportuna. Reportar su asistencia diariamente con su jefe inmediato, e informar de los pormenores de sus actividades. Utilizar el equipo de protección personal de acuerdo con las instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento proporcionadas por la empresa. Conservar y cuidar en un estado ordinario las herramientas de trabajo, uniformes y equipo asignado para el desarrollo de sus funciones. Asesorar técnicamente y vía remota, a las solicitudes del cliente y dando una solución momentánea, mismas que son coordinadas únicamente por los coordinadores de servicio técnico o jefe directo.
