- Liderar el desarrollo y la evolución de todas las áreas de recompensas para GBS (salarios, incentivos, beneficios y servicios para empleados, reconocimiento, asignaciones de gastos y términos y condiciones de empleo),
- Planificación, presupuestario, coordinación y entrega de eventos anuales de recompensas, incluyendo revisiones salariales, ciclos de bonificaciones y renovaciones de beneficios.
- Gestionar evaluaciones de puestos, actividades de comparación y desarrollo de guías y rangos salariales en un entorno operativo de ritmo rápido. (Encuestas salariales de Aon/Radford, Willis Towers Watson y Mercer).
- Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas para comercializar y mostrar los beneficios para empleados de la compañía en apoyo de la atracción y retención de talento para el GBS
- Colaborar estrechamente con Operaciones de Recursos Humanos y HRIS para asegurar que los datos de compensaciones y beneficios de GBS en Workday sean precisos y actuales.
