Estamos buscando el Programador de Mantenimiento que será responsable de gestionar el plan de mantenimiento anual de los equipos productivos de planta, además de retroalimentar el sistema SAP en conjunto con los técnicos de mantenimiento
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Licenciatura en Mecánica, Industrial y/o afín.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en empresas de giro alimenticio o manufactura en general.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento.
Idioma inglés intermedio.
Dominio avanzado de SAP en módulo de PM.
Paquete de Office avanzado.
Principios financieros.
Conocimiento en metodología TPM / MSE para Mantenimiento.
Capacidad de Planeación, Establecimiento de Prioridades, Negociación y Administración y Medición del Trabajo.
¿Cuáles seran tus principales responsabilidades?
Ejecutar con excelencia los estándares del DMS de Planning & scheduling/work management.
Actualizar y reforzar el sistema de actividades preventivas regulatorias en el site.
Gestionar el programa de trabajo de mantenimiento en coordinación con los técnicos Sr. y Jr. Para que el sistema de administración SAP se retroalimente con efectividad y eficientemente.
Construir una relación orientada a la colaboración entre los asociados técnicos y el cliente interno, a través del soporte en las actividades programadas y de mejora que el Value Stream Team defina para alcanzar las metas de negocio establecidas.
Dar soporte técnico en la administración temprana de los equipos productivos (nuevos y actuales) que se impactan con los proyectos de confiabilidad, innovación y productividad del Site.
Mantener y actualizar los KPI´s del DMS de P & S semanalmente y por periodo.
