We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office.

Job Duties

• Review and validate invoices by checking payment authorization, corporate policies and compliance of documentation requirements
• Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork / rate agreements
• Work with Dispatch and various outside providers to resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate with drivers or external stakeholders to ensure all load delivery paperwork is collected on time
• Provide weekly feedback to management via progress reports
• Follow-up on outstanding invoices and collect all payments
• Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities and update payments / reconciliation in QuickBooks.
• Investigate delinquent receivables accounts by communicating with customers via email and phone

Requirements

• +2 years in billing position is a must
• Extensive experience with collection of payments and billing customers
• Business administration degree; or Completion of a college program
• Courses in bookkeeping, accounting or a related subject is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolution
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
• Detailed oriented and multitask
