Facilities Coordinator
Lo que implica este trabajo; Es el profesional que ayudara al Facility Manager con las actividades operativas de contabilidad, finanzas, mantenimiento, operaciones, supervisión de proveedores, compra de materiales, equipos y suministros

Horario de trabajo : Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Compras y gestión de proveedores.
Asiste en la administración de todos los contratistas en el sitio para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares requeridos (incluida la inspección de los trabajos de los proveedores). Asiste en la adquisición de proveedores y servicios según sea necesario. Asiste en los procesos financieros para garantizar que todos los requisitos de gestión financiera se completen de manera oportuna y precisa. Asegura la gestión rápida y precisa de las Pos en E1. Lleva a cabo auditorias periódicas para garantizar que los procedimientos de seguridad en el sitio estén en su lugar y funcionando. Asiste en la realización de procedimientos de seguridad cuando sea necesario. Asistir en la implementación de las mejores prácticas de la industria. Busca formas de reducir constantemente los costos y mejorar los estándares operativos. Mantiene las instalaciones en buen estado de funcionamiento en todo momento. Ayuda con la cobertura de la recepcionista de vez en cuando. Proporciona soporte de FM para reservas de salas de reuniones cuando sea necesario. Coordina con el personal de la despensa para garantizar que los artículos de despensa y máquinas expendedoras estén siempre en stock.
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Licenciatura en administración de instalaciones, construcción, Arquitecto, Ingeniero Civil, mecánico, eléctrico y/o administrador. Experiencia previa en instalaciones, administración de propiedades o campo relacionado. Conocimiento de los requisitos locales de salud y seguridad ocupacional, instalaciones críticas y administración de proveedores para servicios especializados. 1-3 años de experiencia en instalaciones, administración de propiedades, o campos relacionadosLocation:
