Objetivo del Puesto:

El titular de este puesto es responsable de coordinar y administrar las operaciones en las áreas de recepción, preparación, almacenamiento, y envios de material en las areas de Staging y Material Supply para entrega a lineas de producción a través de sistemas de DRX, asi como desarrollar el recurso humano a través del liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

Actividades principales

  • Supervisar las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, manejo de materias primas y producto terminado en los almacenes internos de planta, asegurando que todas las transacciones y movimientos son correctos y reflejados en tiempo en los sistemas Host, PSME, PTO y otros sistemas de control DRX .
  • Garantizar la confiabilidad de los inventarios en todos los almacenes de planta.
  • Administrar el equipo de Staging y Line Material Supply (Elevadores automaticos, scanners, radios, PC's etc)
  • Mantiene y refuerza la comunicación con todos los departamentos de la planta respecto a cambios y los flujos de materiales en las áreas.
  • Genera y envía informes a la Administración, en relación con los KPI´s establecidos para los almacenes de planta y los flujos de materiales.
  • Proporciona soporte a producción en materias relacionadas con el suministro de material , HOST y sistemas MES.
  • Apoya y alienta el trabajo en equipo, la creatividad, la motivación y la precisión con el personal.
  • Establece procedimientos, sigue las instrucciones establecidas y realiza la formación de personal involucrado.
  • Establece acciones para mejorar continuamente los productos, procedimientos, procesos y la calificación del personal.

Considera sistemática y continuamente acciones para minimizar los riesgos y posibilidades de falla
