Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers and technical resources to successfully deliver software projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Architect, design, and develop innovative and scalable software solutions
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the software products
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process
  • Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with AI technologies and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage technical teams
