Manage all SQA and SD in NA
- Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and ontime PPAP’s.
- Monitors SQA KPI through launch and production.
- Monitor Risk Assessment of supplies though APQP
- Support project review meetings APQP
- Maintain/improve SCM process and documentation control in his Region
- Facilitate Problem solving for internal and external Supplier issues.
- Support & conduct Supplier Development Engineering Activities
- Support GCM meeting
- Support GCM regarding sourcing strategy
- Define Training plans and organizes training activities for SDE and SQA
- Advise engineering department in process technical questions for new product development
- Support engineering team in Supplier Preparation Meeting.
- Review supplier feasibility for nominations in sourcing decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master in technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineer)
10 years experience in related fields.
Expertise in specific manufacturing process.( Die-casting, Stampings, etc..)
