Growth Marketing Specialist - Full Time - Hybrid, Guadalajara

The Launch Box is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to serve across multiple portfolio firms with hands-on tactical execution of campaigns and various marketing activities. This person will help develop and execute initiatives across a variety of marketing functions in support of client needs. This includes but is not limited to: basic graphic design, social media, digital & marketing automation (HubSpot), campaign development & execution, partner marketing, media relations, personal brand development, content marketing & thought leadership, event marketing, and marketing reporting. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants a taste of an agency environment with the opportunity to drive success for multiple clients while learning about their unique industries and business models. The role requires an experienced B2B marketer who is organized, strategic, driven and well-rounded, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done. An insatiable desire to learn new things and innovate is required, and the sky's the limit for the right person.

As a member of our growth marketing team, you will take strategic direction from our VP of Marketing and founders of the firms we serve. You will collaborate directly with client teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: 

  • Develop and execute strategies across a variety of marketing functions in support of client needs
  • Apply project management skills
  • Enforce internal brand use and guidelines
  • Develop, execute and report on campaigns across multiple channels
  • Research and develop target lists
  • Support marketing automation in HubSpot
  • Develop website content and update websites
  • Review SEO, website data and page analytics to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Create, post and manage innovative social media content
  • Pitch experts for media and speaking opportunities 
  • Assist with event management
  • Create monthly marketing metric reports

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably tech or professional services
  • Experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and paid ads on social media channels, including LinkedIn
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to flex communication style based on audience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong executive presence - must be able to hold their own with Founders
  • Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on results, analytics and outcomes
  • Experience with web content management tools, like Squarespace
  • Experience with marketing automation in HubSpot
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics

This position requires eligibility to work in Mexico without Visa support. The interviews will be conducted in English and only resumes in English will be considered.
