We will count on you to:

Application Security Engineer will act as a security advisor to various teams across MMC. The candidate will review projects for security weaknesses, risks, and vulnerabilities. The candidate will keep themselves on the leading edge of new security controls, technology trends, and emerging attacks. The candidate will create/update application security best practices and develop code samples, prototypes, and tools that can improve the depth of security reviews. The candidate is expected to collaborate with various MMC technology organizations. The candidate is expected to be able to quickly “dive” into new projects.

What you need to have:

Passion for Information Security Experience with microservices and Kubernetes. Experience in building and using APIs, various scripts, and applications, preferably in Python. Experience with cloud technologies. A good understanding of various authentication methods and protocols. Understanding of the most common attacks against web applications. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
