The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between different areas, sales teams, distributors and marketing, serving as the expert that unites these various areas. He must have a deep knowledge of distribution management, understand customer needs and be aware of market strategies. Likewise, he will be responsible for identifying relevant insights and converting them into practical solutions, such as street visits, data analysis, and connecting different insights from customers.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and execution of sales programs related to the innovation, distribution, marketing and promotion plans of their assigned category. Key liaison between Customer Business Teams (CBT) and Innovation, Marketing and Category Equity teams to ensure our strategies and tactics are aligned with our customers' needs. Responsible for creating category and customer plans for the assigned category, working collaboratively with the category, Insights and Customer Business Teams (CBT). Be seen as a category expert internally and create compelling, actionable and measurable category plans. Provide thought leadership internally and externally around brand and category initiatives (promotional strategy/budget planning) Lead delivery of category dashboard/fundamentals and recommend corrective actions to ensure objectives are met. Continuous assessment of critical referral volume opportunities/risks and leading initiatives to optimize category performance.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales Previous experience in transnational companies, distributors. Ability to manage teams and lead strategic initiatives. In-depth knowledge of the distribution sector and understanding of customer needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. Fluent in English and Spanish. No Relocation support available
