Asegurar a través de la coordinación de planes de acción en cuentas clave de gobierno, en colaboración estrecha con pares, areas funcionales y equipo Acceso/Ventas Gobierno, que se cuente con la mayor penetración en gobierno de nuestros productos alineado a las estrategias comerciales de productos del área terapéutica asignada, satisfaciendo las necesidades detectadas en en el campo y que estén alineadas con las metas y objetivos corporativos. Reponsable de la gestión de ventas a gobierno en cuentas clave asignadas, alineada a la detección de pacientes, así como lograr requerimientos para claves de nueva inclusión a través de nuevos contratos (Adjudicaciones locales - Compras pacientes Específicos), con un perfil altamente profesional y ético, promoviendo la cultura de paciente en el centro y salvaguardando la reputación de la compañía mediante el cumplimiento de las políticas de compliance y procedimientos vigentes.

Conocimientos, Experiencia:
Demostrar una comprensión de los diferentes entornos médicos, incluidos el proceso de diagnóstico, los protocolos de tratamiento y la práctica, así como el acceso a la terapia para cada centro de tratamiento relevante. Capacidad de comprensión y comunicación en una información médica altamente científica y técnica con Líderes de opinión y Asuntos médicos. Dominio del manejo de cuentas, mapas políticos, identificación de oportunidades, manejo de objeciones. Facilidad para el análisis, interpretación y comunicación de información/ datos clínicos específicos. Amplio conocimiento del negocio del mercado Mexicano y facilidad para transmitir su experiencia a otros colaboradores. Habilidades sólidas de persuasión, influencia y negociación. Inglés Intermedio Capacidad de identificar, mapear y canalizar oportunamente a pares y areas funcionales involucradas, las oportunidades de negocios en cuentas clave de gobierno Gestionar proactivamente recursos y liderear actividadesen cuentas clave de gobierno Capacidad de coordinar, elaborar, gestionar recursos y presentar planes de acción estratégicos de cuentas clave Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, liderazgo y comunicación asertiva para coordinar acciones con pares y áreas funcionales.Expertise funcional – experiencia comprobada
Experiencia comprobable en la difusión de drogas huérfanas o promoción de productos de cuidados primarios y de alta especialidad (Hematología, Oncología o Drogas Huérfanas). Experiencia en ventas en farmacéuticas/biotecnológicas, en mercado privado y Gobierno en el mercado mexicano. Experiencia en el relacionamiento con Profesionales de la Salud y Lideres de Opinión Clave del territorio asignado. Experiencia organizando educación médica y eventos promocionales. Experiencia en la gestión y análisis de auditorías de ventas (DDD, IMS, Close-Up). Familiarizado en trabajar de manera ética y siguiendo el cumplimiento de la política de Compliance. Experiencia en relacionamiento con personal administrativo de instituciones de Gobierno (Áreas de Abasto/Farmacia) Experiencia en procesos de gestión de abasto de medicamentos en Instituciones de Gobierno Experiencia en manejo de distribuidores para participación en procesos de compra de Gobierno (Adjudicaciones Directas)More about us:
