AECOM México busca Quality & Document Control
Funciones:
- Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de control de calidad para supervisar la conformidad de los trabajos realizados con las especificaciones técnicas y los estándares de la industria.
- Realizar inspecciones regulares y auditorías de calidad para identificar cualquier desviación o no conformidad en los materiales, equipos y procesos de construcción.
- Gestionar la creación, revisión y almacenamiento de toda la documentación de proyecto, incluyendo planos, informes, contratos y correspondencia.
- Implementar procedimientos para la gestión efectiva de documentos, asegurando que todos los documentos sean fácilmente accesibles y estén protegidos contra daños o pérdida.
- Coordinar con los equipos de proyecto para garantizar que todas las modificaciones en los documentos se registren adecuadamente y que las versiones actualizadas estén disponibles para todas las partes relevantes.
- Capacitar al personal del proyecto en las prácticas de control de calidad y gestión de documentos.
- Supervisar la codificación, archivo y recuperación de documentos, utilizando sistemas electrónicos de gestión de documentos siempre que sea posible.
- Preparar informes de control de calidad y estado de documentación para la gerencia del proyecto, ofreciendo visibilidad sobre el cumplimiento y los problemas identificados.
- Trabajar con auditores externos y otros inspectores de calidad cuando sea necesario para validar el cumplimiento con los estándares externos y requisitos reglamentarios. Asegurar la adherencia a las políticas de seguridad y confidencialidad en el manejo y almacenamiento de documentos y datos sensibles.
Qualifications
Requisitos mínimos:
• + 2 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación
Experiencia:
• Elaboración de métricas de calidad en obras de construcción
• Experiencia en control de calidad y gestión documental
Preferencias:
• 6 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción
• Ing. Civil / Ing. en Transportes / Ing. Industrial / Ing. Mecánico, o afín
