KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Accountable of the whole boutique plan with positive results, impact and development Floor management, able to diagnose opportunities and create action plans Recruit, develop, train and coach boutique team Customer obsessed, always looking for new initiatives and stories to engage with them Critical thinking, able to diagnose category opportunities and quickly execute solutions Manage store opening and closing, stock counts and btq documentation Responsible of net promoter score, audits, mystery shopper, and global boutique kpis Analyze business needs and propose smart solutions, register on management board Manage special and specific events logistics, activations and / or campaign launches Stock management, sell-thru driven mindset with a clear focus on best sellers Profit management, petty cash and money laundering processes responsible Manage boutique assets and protect data information and security Daily briefing to align everyone within the boutique
