Cost Manager

Responsible for controlling the results of the business areas, supervise the analysis and calculation of the plant's financial data to report to Management the reliable and timely financial information that facilitates both the plant's financial decision-making and the design of strategies for continuous improvement. Responsible for the central processes and projects (share service) of the department.

• Responsible for the timely and reliable delivery of outcome reports from the manufacturing area and the different business units.

• Ensure that the information meets the updated corporate requirements.

• Monitor the financial result continuously and report it at the weekly management meeting.

• Apply the corresponding measures in case of identifying areas of opportunity to increase the profitability of the business.

• Ensure that the area's processes are carried out in accordance with internal policies.

• Conduct workshops and consultations so that members of the area actively participate in the improvements of assigned processes.

• Design and implement control points in all processes in the area, which allow me to ensure the high quality, reliability and correct functioning of the processes as well as the responsible generation and delivery of reports.

• Synergy with manufacturing areas and business units

Education:
Economics and Administrative Sciences or similar.

Advanced experience:
-General Accounting
-Cost accounting
-SAP UBK-RM Modules UG, UP
-Analysis of profit and loss statements

Competences:
Future oriented, Innovative, Change Management, Conflict Management, Cooperation, Negotiation Skills, Analytical thinking, Advanced English.
