As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee coordinating the activities of the GAP to achieve its results, managing the functions of the assigned personnel, taking care of the application of safety and hygiene standards and working conditions to achieve the desired quantity and quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and compliance with improvement activities (Improvement Ideas). Monitoring and compliance of line QRCI activities. Monitor production, quality, costs and deadlines (QCDP), D.L.E and TRS indicators. Participate in problem solving groups (QRCI Plant and UAP). Verify the state of order and cleanliness of the area based on the 5s methodology. Make and apply work procedures, daily, weekly and monthly checklists. Animate the meetings of the different GAP Top 5. Ensure and verify the release of the process. Monitoring and compliance with versatility (ILUO). Monitoring and compliance with production objectives. Involvement in the integration of GAP teams. Responsible for preparing production, scrap, quality, D.L.E and TRS reports. Validate the assistance of personnel in charge at GV and compare it in the system. Capture incidents in GV (Vacation, Permits, Overtime, etc.)Frequent
Monitoring of MOD training plan. Follow up on KPIs and gap objectives under your responsibility. Verification of parameters and correct filling of records. Create and monitor development guides. Compliance with audits (core team, SW, 5's, FES). Update process HIT when there is a change. Monitoring of personnel versatility. Perform and monitor GL development guides. Respond to the improvement ideas of the staff under your charge.Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or strong experience related Interview techniques experience Quality systems experience Statistical process control Troubleshooting and personnel management Proper use of personal protective equipment Safe Chemical Administration Comprehensive management of hazardous waste ISO TS and specific customer requirements.We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
