The Product Management Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Responsibilities:
 

Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
 

5-8 years of experience Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:
 

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

El Analista Sr. del área de Análisis y Planeación PyME contribuye al desarrollo de oportunidades de creación de valor para el negocio, a mejoras de procesos y a definir la estrategia del negocio para el presente y futuro (en conjunto con el negocio). Sus funciones están relacionadas al análisis para generación de insights, la definición de la estrategia, planeamiento financiero del negocio, temas de control, la evaluación de modelos, procesos & datos, entre otros. Requiere una comprensión profunda de cómo las diferentes áreas del negocio PYME se integran colectivamente para contribuir a los objetivos del negocio. Requiere buenas habilidades analíticas para filtrar, priorizar y validar material potencialmente complejo y dinámico de múltiples fuentes y bases. Se requieren sólidas habilidades de comunicación, así como la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente con personas en todos los niveles de la organización. Habilidad para liderar, ser proactivo y contribuir con ideas y/ o propuestas, ya sea para mejoras de procesos o estrategias para el negocio.

Responsabilidades:

Abordar temas estratégicos de alto impacto y encontrar oportunidades de creación de valor para PYME. Proponer estrategias e iniciativas que se traduzcan principalmente en crecimiento de cartera, captación y de clientes a través de modelos, análisis de los datos entre otros. Liderar proyectos a lo largo de su ciclo de vida: recopilar e interpretar datos, analizar información, formular & probar hipótesis y desarrollar & comunicar hallazgos / recomendaciones. Trabajar con grupos de datos complejos y de gran volumen (datos internos y externos). Coordinar y organizar diferentes fuentes de información para generar y presentar reportes al negocio que permitan la gestión y desarrollo del negocio. Desarrollar presentaciones semanales y mensuales del negocio para poder generar debates a nivel ejecutivo y presentaciones ad-hoc para la alta dirección. Desarrollar análisis y modelos financieros de nuevas iniciativas y de planeamiento, para apoyar en la toma de decisiones del negocio, trabajando en colaboración con el área de finanzas. Conocimiento e interpretación de estados financieros, construcción de PnL y manejo de portafolio de captación y/o de crédito. Trabajar de manera interdisciplinaria, con diversas áreas del banco. Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia. Realizar otros deberes y funciones que se le asignen (exposición a una variedad de temas en un entorno acelerado). Capacidad de operar con un nivel limitado de supervisión directa.

Calificaciones:

5 años o más de experiencia relevante. Excepcionales habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas para la resolución de problemas. Capacidad para manipular datos a gran escala. Deseable experiencia o al menos comprensión de planificación estratégica y financiera. Experiencia de trabajo en un campo bancario y/o cuantitativo. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Alto grado de flexibilidad (adaptación al cambio) y productividad; atención al detalle; iniciativa y creatividad; motivación y del trabajo bajo presión. Habilidad para comunicar ideas de manera efectiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito. Ingles avanzado

Educación:

Licenciatura en Actuaría, Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Economía, Administración o afines.

Habilidades:

Habilidades en lenguajes de programación y análisis estadístico (Experiencia en software SAS, Python, R, SQL, Spark, Tectia, Power BI, paquetería office / Excel avanzado, deseable Microsoft Access, por mencionar algunos). Excelentes habilidades de modelamiento financiero. Habilidades de power point. Habilidad para realizar análisis estratégicos, tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos de forma rápida y exhaustiva.
