About The Team

The SMB LATAM Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the LATAM Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community. We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for our LATAM Regional Marketing team to help generate growth among our fast-growing segment of SMB advertisers. In close partnership with key stakeholders from our Sales and Product teams, the Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute a variety of enablement and engagement strategies focused on driving product adoption and revenue. This is a critical role focused squarely on addressing our advertiser needs and helping to identify opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI across the SMB long tail. Success in this position requires a passion for supporting customer success, a balance of creative and analytical thinking, and the ability to focus and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience translating sales objectives into marketing solutions, ideally within the SMB sector, is also critical. Responsibilities- Build and execute innovative strategies to help drive customer results and retention- Help drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies at scale- Co-own regional targets relating to the above - Work closely with Sales team counterparts to understand needs and priorities and maintain strategic alignment - Collaborate closely with counterparts in other regions to co-develop creative ideas, share learnings, and build efficiencies- Ensure data collection mechanisms are built into all programming; collect and track data, assess progress to goals, and identify needed adjustments to improve outcomes - Regularly provide reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services- Contribute to broader team initiatives as needed to help drive full-funnel results

Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B integrated marketing strategy and execution- Track record of success in scaled customer retention and growth, ideally within the SMB space - Experience owning and delivering on ambitious targets- Experience working closely with Sales and other stakeholders in defining and achieving success- Understanding of the SMB competitive landscape in LATAM and knowledge of general SMB needs and challenges- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be clear and persuasive across wide variety of audiences, internal and external- Natural collaborator with ability to weave competing ideas and priorities into comprehensive strategic solutions Preferred Qualifications- Highly creative mindset balanced with a firm focus on measurable results- Passion for TikTok and at least basic understanding of our unique value proposition and suite of ad products for SMBs
