REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Responsibilities:
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
♀️Hard Skills
Experience in the Area
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science or relevant area.
3-5 YoE as a Technical Leader in Fullstack development projects
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Essential knowledge of some of the following: AIM, Cognito, SES, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lamdas, Step functions, DynamoDB; Likewise, you may have previous experience in other clouds, but you may have had experience in a project with AWS.
IDE for development: Python back end 3-5 years of experience developing with Python for the back end and knowledge of NextJS. 1 or 2 YoE in development in ReactJS for the front end, experience in Serverless development
Experience in relational databases (SQL Server, Postgress) and non-relational databases (Mongo DB preferred)
Version control with GIT
Continuous Integration: Code commit, Amazon Q, Some CI/CD tool
Advanced English level is a must because this position will have contact with USA and England
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions
Active coach and mentor whose goal is to develop and maximize the team's potential
