Supplier Integration Executive

Job description

We are looking for a Supplier Integration Executive to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. The ideal candidate would be a proactive and analytical person, with good communication skills and a passion for the tourism sector. Our future teammate will be responsible for the following functions reporting directly to Destination Management Senior of Supplier Integrations.

Responsibilities :

Management of the distribution channels of MTS/OTS Globe through the Channel Manager between the hotel and the incoming agency for our Tour Operator clients. Ensure the correct updating of data in all distribution channels of the online contracts. Ensure the correct commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and destination delegations. Ability to analyse the different distribution channels. Review best practices to be implemented. Propose and suggest improvements for the correct online distribution. Act as an interlocutor between hotels and corporate teams with the aim of improving communication flows. General application/process support for daily tasks: Being first level support in our destination (Americas) for questions and doubts.

Requirements

Degree in related business fields. Extended understanding of Touristic Business (Knowledge of Channel Managers and Integration models is advantageous). IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and related MS office products. High level of English (written and spoken). Excellent communications skills and proactivity Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
