Responsibilities

The Opportunity: Financial Planning Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for financial planning for Infrastructure, Cloud and IT Operations global team which manages global, sector, and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights & financial tools. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on the Labor planning and forecasting for the I&O organization. This role frequently interacts with Global I&O management, Sector I&O Team, Sector S&T Finance, and IT Finance leadership.

Your Impact:

As  Financial Planning Analyst your responsibilities would consist:

The I&O Finance Analyst supports the global team in budgeting & forecasting labor. Support the periodic forecasting process, including alignment to Global Capability Finance & Impacted Sectors Budget process, including alignment with Global Leaders Track & report Labor related productivity initiatives for the I&O global team, working directly with business leads and the Central Productivity Office Support open and transparent communication pathways across multiple Corporate Functions Other Finance Ad-hoc activities supporting the I&O team Maintain Teams site as a means of communication with stakeholders Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

Experience

2-5 total years of experience in similar role Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis,evaluating business performance. Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus ( Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.) Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Trifacta, etc. Hyperion, SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, TM1, etc. ( is a Must) English is a must. Experience with forecasting and budgeting and financial modelling Strong verbal and written communication  Team Player Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects end to end Innovative thinker  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
