What will be your key responsibilities?
Planifica y coordina las actividades de definición de las soluciones técnicas, relacinado a los alcances de las áreas de empaque primario/secundario/terciario dentro del proyecto. Asi como garantiza que los miembros del equipo contribuyan en la construcción del mismo. Punto de contacto entre proveedores y miemebros del equipo de trabajo del sitio, tanto en las fases de diseño/planeación, asi como supervisa la correcta ejecución de las ingenierias de los procesos de empaque en campo. Identifica y define las necesidades/problematicas a resolver dentro del proyecto relacionadas a los procesos de empaque primario/secundario/terciario. Asi como revisa y valida con proveedores las potenciales soluciones y propuestas. Lo cual puede incluir: Sistemas de empaque automatico (sistemas mecanicos, servos, celdas roboticas, flow wrappers, case packers, formadoras de cajas, paletizadoras, entre otros) Sistemas de empaque manual (estaciones de manipulacion/ensamble, carga de materiales de empaque) Sistemas de transportadores sanitarios Desarrolla y valida en conjunto con firmas de ingenieria los entregables relacionados a la disciplina para garantizar la correcta definición de alcances, como pueden ser pero no se limita a: DTI’s, PFD’s, Analisis de Spaguetti, Layouts, Analisis de Capacidades/Ritmos, Balanceo de lineas, Analisis de Tiempos y Movimientos. Desarrolla y valida juto con el sitio procedimientos operativos, asi como el levantamiento/identificacion de la situacion actual de las operaciones de proceso. Integra los equipos de proceso con las instalaciones de fabricación existentes o nuevas. Propone con apoyo del WSL de automatización, los principios de programación y modelo de operación para la puesta en marcha y producción regular. Desarrollar modelos de flujo de producción para los sistemas de empaque y posibles interacciones con las áreas de proceso. Elaborar y presentar informes de progreso según el plan de comunicación. Participa activamente en las reuniones de liderazgo del proyecto, coopera con otros WSL en el equipo y asume la responsabilidad de la ejecución completa del proyecto. Asiste y contribuye a todas las reuniones asignadas identificadas por el equipo de liderazgo del proyecto. Seguir todas las reglas GMP/FS y exigir lo mismo a otros asociados y contratistas. Trata la seguridad como prioridad número uno, actúa como modelo a seguir y guía/controla que otros cumplan plenamente las reglas de seguridad.
