POSITION SUMMARY

Processing of day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by VERTIV.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Customs Documentation and Operations 
  • Temporary Imports and Exports
  • Definitive Imports and Exports
  • Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.
  • US Customs documentation
  • Prosec, Rule 8th
  • Certificates of origin
  • Ocean shipments 
  • Electronic Archive 
• Customs documents audit and validation
  • Procedures
  • Catalogs
  • Payments
  • Balance discharge Annex 24
  • CTPAT
  • Fixed Asset management 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge on Annex 31
• Knowledge on Annex 24
• Knowledge on ERP Systems (interfaces)
• Customs law and Regulations knowledge
• Judgment, problem solving
• Ethical
• Critical thinking
• Teamwork
• Audit Experience

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in International Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems
• 1 to 3 years of Experience in IT or Customs Environment
• Excel skills 
• Data analytics
