Descripción de la Vacante:


  • En el rol de Staff Administrator, serás responsable de dar apoyo a Directores, Managers y al resto del equipo, manteniendo un buen ambiente laboral.
  • Auxiliar en las tareas diarias del equipo directivo.
  • Poder brindar ayuda a nóminas si es necesario.
  • Ayudar y resolver dudas sobre los procesos.
  • Elaborar protocolos y manuales internos y externos para la mejora de la compañía.


Requirements:

Requisitos:


  • Licenciatura en Administración Recursos Humanos, Psicología, o a fín
  • Experiencia 2-3 años en puesto similar
  • Nivel de inglés Avanzado (escrito y conversacional)
  • Excelente conocimiento de paquetería Office
  • Conocimiento, entendimiento y manejo de personal (Preferencia)
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo tanto con el equipo como con los colaboradores
  • Habilidad para presentar ideas
  • Organización de tiempo indispensable
  • Habilidad para trabajar con información confidencial
  • Trabajo por metas
  • Conocimiento de la Ley federal del trabajo
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en la zona de Reforma
