Establish robust GBS capabilities in service design, customer experience (CX), transition, business process management (BPM), and Finance operations. Leverage best practices in Finance process architectures, GPO roles, and SAP related processes, including expertise in areas like Requisition to Pay, Record to Report, and Quote to Cash. Foster partnerships with functional leaders to ensure alignment with GBS strategies and capitalize on industry insights.
Support Finance GPOs in process governance by providing performance insights, managing specifications, and facilitating decision-making aligned with GBS standards. Implement BPM tools and methodologies in accordance with Insulet's guidelines.
Design and implement high-quality GBS services by employing robust governance processes to optimize service delivery. Lead initiatives to implement Finance services, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrate customer-centric solutions with IT support.
Drive service excellence and continuous improvement in collaboration with Finance GPOs and GBS Finance Operations teams. Collect inputs for improvement activities, prioritize initiatives, and utilize digital tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
Develop Process Excellence as a foundational capability, collaborating closely with the Business Transformation and CX team to establish adaptable frameworks for enterprise-wide processes. Incorporate leading practices in Finance process architectures, GPO roles, and SAP-related processes to drive organizational effectiveness and innovation.
Perfil del candidato
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in Finance business process design, transformation, and improvement within international GBS, BPO service provider, or consulting environments.
- Expertise in Finance process architectures, GPO roles, and SAP related processes, including proficiency in at least one of Requisition to Pay, Record to Report, and Quote to Cash.
- Strong consulting skills, adept at navigating ambiguity, and developing practical, impactful solutions.
- Collaborative approach, adept at building relationships across IT, service delivery, and other departments, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive organizational culturx.
- 100% Fluent English.
