Position Overview:

The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle of salaried positions at our Hunter Douglas Mexico sites. This role involves a deep understanding of the company's objectives and culture, as well as negotiation skills to ensure that the right candidates are selected and brought into the company.

What you'll do

  • Primary liaison for our candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process and welcoming program.
  • Continuously improving sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as HRBP, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, HR, Training, and Operations to achieve hiring goals.
  • Building and maintaining an extensive network of passive and active candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Providing first line support for the TA Manager and Recruiter if required.

Who you are

  • Educational: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • English skills : B2+, or Above.
  • Work experience : Full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing strategies, candidate experience, staff recruiting.
